Deng, Shaozhi

Shaozhi Deng is professor of Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China. She was awarded PhD degree in physics from Sun Yat-sen University. She is the dean of School of Electronics and Information Technology, and the vice director of the State Key Laboratory of Optoelectronic Materials and Technologies. She has experienced as chairman of International Vacuum Nanoelectronics Conference (IVNC), and is member of IVNC International Steering Committee. Her research areas include nanomaterials, miro-nano devices, electron emission cold cathode materials and their applications, with focus on cold cathode electron devices for microwave and terahertz frequency electronic system application.
